This small, closed group integrates music therapy and psychotherapy techniques to support adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, low mood, or social communication challenges—with a focus on teens on the Autism Spectrum.\nParticipants will explore music as a tool for expression, connection, and self-discovery.
