Adverse Childhood Experiences Workshop

This is a FREE 6 week program designed for parents of children ages 5 – 10. Research has shown that Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) have been linked to poor mental and physical health. Early life experiences shape our brain development and health throughout our lifespan.

This program is designed to help build resiliency in children and families. This is done by supporting parents of children aged 5-10, strengthening family relationships, reducing individual and family stress, and building caregiver skills.

Workshop Topics include Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), Attachment, Family Mental Health, Emotional Regulation, Mindfulness, Self-compassion
