Completing your Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) funding form is a virtual workshop which was developed to help parents maximize the potential of this funding source. The presentation is about an hour in length and the ACSD form will be reviewed from start to finish. Caregivers will be emailed a copy of an online ACSD form before the presentation begins so they can fill the form out as we progress through the workshop. Within the presentation, there will be opportunities for questions related to your specific family situation as it relates to the ACSD form.
As a result of participating in the workshop, you will be able to:
-Understand if you qualify for this funding source
-Develop an awareness of other documents you will need to submit with this application
-Complete your ACSD Funding form
-Have a basic understanding of how to manage your funds.
