Completing your Special Services At Home (SSAH) funding form is a virtual workshop which was developed to help parents maximize the potential of this funding source. The presentation is about an hour in length and the SSAH form will be reviewed from start to finish. Caregivers will be emailed a copy of an online SSAH form before the presentation begins so they can fill the form out as we progress through the workshop. Within the presentation, there will be an opportunity for questions related to your specific family situation as it related to the SSAH form.
As a result of participating in the workshop, you will be able to:
-Understand if you qualify for this funding source
-Develop an awareness of other documents you will need to submit with this application
-Complete your SSAH Funding form
-Have a basic understanding of how to manage your funds once approved
To qualify for this funding you need to be a resident of Ontario and have a child or youth under the age of 18 with a diagnosed disability (ASD).
Two separate workshops will be offered:
Friday, July 17th: 10:00am – 11:00am
Thursday July 30th: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
This is a virtual workshop hosted through Zoom. Links to join on your phone, tablet, or computer will be sent out once registered.=
