We are reaching out to let you know about an important research study led by Dr. Imaan Bayoumi and Dr. Eva Purkey from Queen’s University to examine the social and emotional impacts of COVID-19.
We are conducting this study through the online completion of two anonymous surveys. If you have previously completed one or both of these surveys, we invite you to complete them again so we can track changes as your household adapts to life during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Part 1: “Cost of COVID” survey
This survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and participants have the option of entering into a draw for an iPad. This survey is open to anyone 16 years old or older. If you would like to participate, please click the link below:
Part 2: Cost of COVID-19 Storytelling Survey
In this part of the study, you will be asked to share a story related to a prompting question, which will take about 15 minutes. There is no financial or other direct compensation offered.
If you are interested in participating, please click the link below. It will take you to the secure online survey page. We suggest that you find a quiet place to complete this survey. You can dictate or type your story using a smart phone or tablet, or you can type it on a computer.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We believe that the results of this project will be useful for better understanding Canadians’ needs and will help us to better meet those needs.
