COPE stands for the community parent education program
What is it?
An educational group for parents of children ages 6 – 12 with challenging behaviours. It is 8 Sessions total running on Tuesdays from February 20 – April 16, 2024 from 12:00PM – 2:00PM at our Kingston Location (we are pausing the week of March Break)
It is designed to:
▪ improve on existing parenting skills
▪ build problem solving skills
▪ improve relationships and family functioning
▪ develop supportive personal networks
▪ increase knowledge of local resources
