Meet Paige, a knowledgeable and vibrant addition to our team here at the Maltby Centre, igniting a world of possibilities as a devoted Behaviour Analyst. With a rich tapestry of over a decade in Applied Behavior Analysis, Paige emerges as a beacon of expertise and passion in her role as Clinical Supervisor.
Paige’s journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to nurturing essential life skills in children. Her approach transcends traditional methods, infusing each interaction with the magic of play. Step into our mini gym, and you’ll find Paige occasionally at play, though more often orchestrating transformative experiences, seamlessly weaving learning and laughter into every moment.

Rebecca, better known as Becky is one of our Registered Behaviour Analysts in Autism Services, with 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Originally from Québec, she began working as a front-line autism therapist in intensive services. With lots of experience working with various high-support communities in Montréal she wanted to embrace the world of behavior analysis with social work. She moved on to completing a Post-graduate certificate in Child and Youth Care Studies, as well as a Masters in Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis).

Becky moved into the role of a Clinical Specialist (Senior Therapist) and gathered more experience working with young children and their families in a center-based and community-based setting in Montréal. She had the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant to two courses; an ‘Introduction to Applied Behaviour Analysis’ course tailored to parents and professionals, as well as the `ABA with RBT- Registered Behaviour Technician’ course. Following this, she moved into the role of teacher to teach an ‘Introduction to Applied Behaviour Analysis’ course in French to parents and professionals.

Her move from Montréal to Kingston opened her opportunity to start at Maltby Centre as a Behaviour Analyst and she has had the pleasure of working with a great team of staff, colleagues and community partners!
