Board of Directors

Do you want to help families and children be their best so that the KFLA community thrives? Are you excited about empowering families and children to transform their future? Maltby Centre is looking for bold, boundary-pushing individuals to serve on the Board of Directors. If you are excited by the opportunity to drive sweeping transformation in autism and child and youth mental health, and improve the quality of life for our clients then this is the opportunity for you. The twelve member volunteer Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization that sets the strategic direction, champions quality of care, and mitigates risk. Directors are expected to attend regular Board meetings and take an active role in one of three Board Committees. Board experience on a not for profit Board is an asset but not necessary. We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds including former clients of the agency. Directors must live and/or work in the counties of Frontenac, Lennox and Addington.
