Maltby Centre Respite Services

Maltby Centre’s Respite Services provide temporary, supportive care for children aged 2 to 21 with developmental, neurodiverse, and/or mental health needs. Designed to offer relief to families and caregivers, this program ensures that children are cared for in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment while promoting positive experiences.
Ongwanada Resource Centre

Respite is offered on weekends at a home in Kingston to provide parents and other caregivers with occasional relief. Respite is offered free of charge for adults and children with developmental disabilities; however, capacity is limited.
Stride Academy – Therapeutic Respite

Leen On Me – Customizable Respite Care

Leen On Me is here to provide that crucial support needed for primary caregivers to restore balance and allowing them the opportunity to rest and focus on themselves for a while. We recognize that every family is unique, with distinct needs and specific goals for the services they seek.
Spark Lifecare Kingston

Respite care services provide children and youth with engaging activities and dedicated caregiver support, giving parents a much-needed break from caregiving demands.
Bartimaeus – Charing for People…Everyday

Bartimaeus provides support for family members of all ages, who are exhibiting moderate to severe behavioural difficulties; for individuals who may also be experiencing social, emotional and psychiatric difficulties, and for individuals who are developmentally challenged. Respite Services are planned and supportive breaks for families, that are provided in the family home.
