Autism Service Dogs
Kingston 4 Paws Service Dogs
K4Paws is currently accepting applications for people living in KFLA who are more than three years old (at time of application) that have been diagnosed with Autism or a related ASD. The service dogs they train can help support children to suppress behavioural outbursts, improve socialization, and increase safety.

Quest4Change Autism Services
Quest4Change has services including ABA therapy, group social and learning programs, and summer camps and they also provide services to participants with physical trait differences such as hearing impairment (deafness), vision impairment (blindness), physical variations, and or mobility impairments.

Kingston Native Centre and Language Nest
The Kingston Native Centre and Language Nest (KNCLN) is a local Friendship Centre and provides a number of culturally appropriate services including language revitalization, youth programming, and their lifelong care program that aims to enhance the quality of life for clients through the provision of ongoing supports for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Four Directions Autism
Four Directions Autism is a grassroots initiative supported by volunteers who provide free application support for Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) and Jordan’s Principle funding to First Nations, Inuit, Métis, and Urban Indigenous families and peer connection with parent volunteers.

Military Family Services
Military Family Resource Centre
The Military Family Resource Centre has many resources for children and youth whose families are connected to the military. They can also provide support for applying for reimbursement funds from Support Our Troops for children and youth disability funds, national camp programs, and tutoring services.

Immigrant Services Kingston and Area
Immigrant Services offers many services including a welcome package for newcomers, support with finding a home, support enrolling children in school and daycare, and language assessments and referrals to training programs.
