🎵 Music Therapy + Psychotherapy Group – Spring 2026
Maltby Centre is excited to launch a new therapeutic Music Therapy group for teens (ages 13–16) this spring! This small, closed group integrates music therapy and psychotherapy techniques to support adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, low mood, or social communication challenges—with a focus on teens on the Autism Spectrum.
