Autism Services – Sensory Explorers
🌈 Join us for Sensory Explorers, a welcoming, sensory-friendly program designed for children (up to 6 years old) with autism and their caregivers. 🌈
Families can explore a variety of activity stations at their own pace, including:
✨ Sensory play
🖍️ Creative art
🤸♀️ Movement area (mini-gym or outdoors)
📚 Story time
😌 Calming spaces
🍎 Snack area (bring your own snacks!)
A caregiver lounge will also be available for rest and connection. Each station is supported by Maltby Centre’s caring Respite Workers, with visual supports, adaptive tools, and quiet accommodations provided to ensure a positive, low-pressure experience for everyone.
