Autism Services – Shine from Within – Grades 5 – 8
Shine From Within is an 8-week therapeutic wellness group designed specifically for autistic individuals in Grades 5 and 6, or 7 and 8. This supportive and empowering program helps participants build self-esteem, explore their identity, and develop essential life skills, all in a safe, welcoming space.
What to Expect
Each weekly session runs for 90 minutes and includes:
- A warm welcome and feelings check-in
- A themed psychotherapy lesson
- A fun, healthy snack-making activity
- A creative self-care or beauty DIY project
Cost: $1500
Age Range: Grades 5 – 8
Time of Day: Thursdays 4:00PM – 5:30PM
Dates: January 22nd, 2026 – March 19th, 2026
