Mental Health Services – COPE Program
COPE stands for the community parent education program
What is it?
An educational group for parents of children ages 6 – 12 with challenging behaviours. It is 8 Sessions total running on Wednesdays from May 1 – June 19, 2024 from 10AM – 12PM virtually
It is designed to:
▪ improve on existing parenting skills
▪ build problem solving skills
▪ improve relationships and family functioning
▪ develop supportive personal networks
▪ increase knowledge of local resources
