Free workshops and groups for both child/youth and caregivers across KFL&A.

Request an appointment

For any child/youth, parent/guardian, community worker or medical provider looking to make an autism or mental health referral, please use our online PHIPA secure referral link. Referrals are triaged within 2 business days, following which, we will reach out to clients with next steps. Wait times vary depending on the service and location.

Mental Health Appointment

Free in-person psychotherapy within Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington for ages 0 – 24 and their caregivers.

Autism Foundational Services Appointment

Free Family Foundational Services and/or Autism Service Navigation within Ontario for ages 0 – 18 and their caregivers.

Autism Core Clinical Services Appointment

Paid services for ages 0 – 18 in Southeastern Ontario which includes OAP Core Clinical Services, Respite Services and/or Autism Groups.
