Registering for AccessOAP

How to register for the Ontario Autism Program?

What is the Ontario Autism Program?

The Ontario Autism Program (OAP) offers support to families of children and youth on the Autism spectrum. After registering with the OAP, your child will be given an OAP number that can help them access OAP funded services.

To be eligible for the OAP, your child must:

  • Be under the age of 18
  • Currently live in Ontario
  • Have a written diagnosis of autism from a qualified professional

The service provider your child received a diagnosis of autism with may have helped you complete the OAP Registration Form already. If your child is not currently registered, you can register them through the AccessOAP site. Make sure you have a written diagnosis of ASD and documents that show your child is under 18 and lives in Ontario, before you get started.
