AIM Explorers Ages 6 – 10
AIM Explorers teaches children social and emotional skills through lessons and activities based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Applied Behaviour Analysis and mindfulness. It aims to help children accept their thoughts and feelings, identify their values, and take committed action toward meaningful goals, fostering skills like emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. The curriculum uses stories, characters, and engaging activities for children to build life skills in a fun and accessible way.

Age Range: 6 – 10
Time of Day: Monday – Friday from 9:00a.m. – 11:00a.m.
Dates: August 17 – 21, 2026
Orientation: A mandatory 1 hr. orientation will occur August 6 at 9:00a.m.
